Lost Dog

This is my husbands dog Miles, he got out of the yard yesterday when the roofers left and left the gate open, we looked for him, called his name and drove around the neighborhood looking for him but couldn't find him.  Our son Paul was really feeling bad about him that he postponed his practice session with his band in-order to find him, I also felt bad, he is a good dog and really does take care of the house and us.  This is the first dog my husband has ever wanted since we've been together ( going on 16 yrs.).  Don't get me wrong, we have had other dogs but he was sort of forced into having them around, except one that he got me for Mother's day years back and who is now no longer with us.  He really did get attached to her (Negra was her name) she was a black lab, we all miss her very much, she got ill and we were in a bad place financially, both losing our jobs at the same time along with our home and vehicles and couldn't afford the vet bills and meds she needed at the time.  I didn't even tell him that Miles was lost until he was back home... and that was enough for him to worry about as it was.  Now Miles is back home and safe again playing with his buddies Chula and Gizmo, our other dogs.  The kid can't beleive that we have a dog much less three of them.  But Gizmo belongs to Paul, Chula is mine and Miles belongs to my hubby (Abel).

This is my husband Abel...this is an older picture of him about 2 years, I think we were on our way to a party that day and he was relaxing in the back seat of a friends car, this is one of the rare times that he wasn't driving, and I happen to catch him by surprise.

My first

This my first time trying to blog, I don't really know what one does with a blog but i kind of wanted to try.  I started this as a place to keep some craft ideas and sites.  And to show off what I've done so far, facebook is ok but it just didn't do it for me, at least not for what I want to do.  I will be grabbing buttons and stuff so that I can fill my days with something creative instead of playing games all the time on other sites.  Please feel free to send me your ideas and thoughts.
